Visit Queen Elizabeth a land covered by lush landscapes, explosive craters and wildlife

Queen Elizabeth National Park is is the most visited wildlife reserve in Western Uganda. A visitor to the park will enjoy the expanse lakes, boat rides, bird watching and game drives.

Day 1: Welcome to Uganda. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth Safari and Crater tours

Early breakfast, then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, at the foot of Rwenzori Mountains. After lunch, you will prepare for a boat trip in the afternoon on Kazinga Channel, a natural channel between Lake Edward and George with plenty of wildlife like hippos, crocodiles. Overnight and Dinner at Enganzi Lodge

Day 3: Game drive at Queen Elizabeth Park

After an early breakfast go for a game drive to catch up on the retiring nocturnal animals like the lions and also see the Kobs, antelopes, Buffaloes. Return for lunch and later go to visit Katwe salt works and learn how the communities have practiced salt mining. Overnight at your hotel.

 Day 4: Community Visits

Today you will visit Kasoga community. This community is known for its fishing and canoe competitions. We also visit the Kikorongo Women group known to make colourful crafts out of paper. As a visitor you can get the chance to learn crafting skills to enable you make unique necklaces, paper beads and baskets. Overnight and Dinner at Enganzi Lodge

Day 5: Drive back to Kampala

Have your early breakfast travel back to Kampala via Bunyangabu Bee Keepers Cooperative group where you will be educated on harvesting honey from the bee hives and making candles and other honey products. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 6: Flight back home

Today you will travel back home. This ends your Queen Elizabeth Safari across Uganda. Depending on your flight time you have the option to relax at your hotel or choose to tour Kampala.

Or Return through Mbarara. Stop over at Igongo Cultural Centre Museum for lunch and cultural tour and the Equator and for souvenir shopping.
