Rwanda and Uganda Tour
This is an adventure to Rwanda and Uganda. Kigali city will be our first destination. Get the chance to tour the city attractions after which you will transfer to Uganda.

Your first destination will be Rwanda dubbed the land of a thousand hills and later Uganda nicknamed the Pearl of Africa. The Safari offers visitors breathtaking natural wonders, diverse wildlife and landscape scenery alongside key attractions like the endangered golden monkeys and mountain, truly perfect destinations for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.
Day 1 Touch down in Kigali
You will be picked by our representative at the Airport and briefed about your safari .Overnight Heaven Boutique Hotel, Kigali
Day 2- Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Today after breakfast, you will tour Kigali City offers a chance to visit the genocide memorial monument, national museum, local markets.
Later, you will travel to Volcanoes National Park is home to Gorillas and Golden Monkeys. On this this trip you will be able to trek the Golden Monkeys. It is an exciting activity to explore. Overnight at your Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Day 3 Gorilla trekking(optional) or Golden Monkey tracking
Volcanoes National Park is home to both habituated Golden Monkeys and Gorillas. The golden monkey activity starts at the same time as gorilla trekking.
Golden Monkey tracking day. Assemble at the park headquarters early morning for a briefing by the park rangers and venture into the forest to catch a glimpse of the golden monkeys.
Proceed to Uganda after lunch through Cyanika Border where you will be met by our representative at the border. Overnight at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge
Day 4 Gorilla trekking Uganda and Batwa tribe visit
Explore Bwindi a UNESCO World Heritage site to meet one of the world’s most endangered species: the mountain gorilla. These iconic giants are residents in the beautiful Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Guests on this amazing trip will encounter vibrant and varied wildlife as they hike through the tropical forests with experienced ranger guides.
In the afternoon you have a choice to relax at the lodge or go for Community Activities (optional activity):
Explore the Batwa tribe community, original habitants of the forest. Enjoy their folk stories and dances. The songs and dances are indeed captivating. They will demonstrate their traditional ways of life including hunting, gathering honey, fire making.
Overnight at Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge or equivalent
Day 5 Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Is a popular tourist destination for visitors. After breakfast you will set off to Queen Elizabeth National Park through Ishasha sector. Tree climbing Lions are known to climb trees in this area so keep your eyes peeled for these scarce residents. You will able be to see other wildlife like Uganda Kobs, Elephants and Buffalo. Travel time 4- 5 hours.

Day 6 Game drive & boat ride
Wake up early and have your breakfast. Proceed for a morning game drive to the Kasenyi plains and be on the lookout for Lions, Leopard (elusive), Cape buffalos, hippos and herds of elephants. Return to the accommodation for relaxation and lunch.
In the afternoon, you will go for a 2-hour boat trip on the natural Kazinga Channel that connects Lakes George and Edward. The boat ride offers great views of wildlife at the shores quenching their thirst. Hippos will also be seen in the water. Bird species such as such as Pied Kingfishers and African Fish Eagles, African Skimmers can be sighted hovering over the water. This boat cruise is an excellent opportunity for you to capture breathtaking photos.
After the wildlife exploration, you can relax and unwind at Buffalo Safari Lodge
Day 7 Crater Drive in Kibale
Today, you will embark on a journey to the Kibale Forest National Park a home of chimpanzees. The 3–4-hour drive to Kibale offers you an excellent opportunity to enjoy the scenic crater views and their surroundings.
Relax at the lodge or choose to visit the community and experience the cultural activities or nature walk in the Bigodi sanctuary known for its biodiversity hosting primates and bird species, where you will have the chance to interact with the local people and learn about their daily socio-economic activities.

Day 8 Chimp trekking and Community
At Kibale Forest National Park you will encounter the fascinating chimpanzees of the Forest, our closest relatives sharing 98.7% of our DNA. These intelligent primates are known for their use tools, such as empty pods for collecting water, and sticks for capturing termites and rocks for crushing nuts.
You will go for chimpanzee habituation, and you will be with the chimpanzees for 4-hours to learn more of their activities. Your time in the forest will also provide you with an opportunity to see a variety of birds and other primates.

Day 9 Drive to Murchison Falls National Park
On this day you travel northwards to Murchison Falls National Park, home to a variety of wildlife- Lions, Buffalo, antelopes, warthogs, giraffes, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles. Have breakfast and embark on the journey to Murchison Falls National Park.
The powerful waterfalls are found here. The thunderous roar is a sight to behold as the Nile forces its way through a narrow gap in the rocks, before flowing westward into Lake Albert. Drive time is 7-8 hours

Day 10 Game drive and boat
Depart for an early morning game drive across the National Park and search for wildlife including lions, leopards (elusive) among others. It is a birders paradise with a variety of birds such as White-rumped Seed-eater, Spotted and Verreaux Owls, Long-tailed and Pennat-winged Nightjar, Goliath Heron, Saddle-billed Stork, Grey-crowned Crane, Long-toed Plover, African Fish Eagle, Cattle egrets, Love birds, African Jacana and Shoe bill at the Delta.
In the afternoon, you will go for a boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison Falls, where the Nile forces it’s way through a narrow gap and falls 43 meters to create a thunderous roar and splash. The boat trip offers great opportunities to sight animals and birds. Continue later for a hike to the top of the falls.

Day 11 Murchison Falls to Entebbe
Embark on your journey back to your accommodation in Entebbe to relax. Overnight at Protea Hotel
Day 12 Kampala -Entebbe Flight
Your two-country adventure in Rwanda and Uganda ends today. You will be picked by our representative to drop you off to the airport for you flight back home.
